Botox & Aesthetics for Men
Look rested, not treated. Men's treatments planned for male anatomy, with conservative dosing and complete discretion.
Why men need a different approach
Male faces differ from female faces in muscle mass, brow position, skin thickness and the features that read as attractive. A man's brow sits flatter and lower, and lifting it the way you would for a woman can look feminising. Dr. Bahar adjusts dosing and injection points to soften lines while keeping a natural, masculine expression.

Side effects, risks and suitability
Common and usually short-lived
As with any Botox or filler treatment: redness, mild swelling or small bruises at injection points, sometimes a mild headache after Botox.
Less common but important
Temporary brow heaviness or asymmetry after Botox, and the filler risks explained on the dermal filler page, apply equally to men. Thicker male skin and stronger muscles change the dosing, not the safety rules.
When it may not be suitable
Certain neuromuscular conditions, active skin infection, a known allergy to the product, or blood-thinning medicines that have not been discussed. Tell Dr Bahar about any medicines or supplements you take.
Your consultation covers your medical history, medicines and allergies, so Dr Bahar can advise whether a treatment is right for you.
Downtime and aftercare
Most men return to work the same day. Avoid the gym, saunas and rubbing the treated area for the rest of the day after Botox, and for 24–48 hours after filler.
Frequently asked questions
Will Botox make a man look feminine?
It should not when it is planned for male anatomy. Dr. Bahar keeps the brow lower and flatter and uses appropriate dosing to keep a masculine expression.
Do men need more Botox than women?
Men often have stronger facial muscles, so dosing is adjusted. Dr. Bahar decides the amount after assessing how your face moves.
What is the most popular treatment for men?
Forehead and frown-line Botox, masseter Botox for the jaw, jawline filler and treatments for excessive sweating are among the most requested.
Is there downtime?
Usually very little. Most men return to work the same day.
